This is a great opportunity for someone who needs a position where you can select your own hours, who may want to work from home when and as you need to, take as much or as little holiday as you want, when you want , AS WELL as have access to our superb meeting rooms, showroom, and office right in Central.

In HK you will be servicing our clients to find them the best NEW AND off the plan property investments in Australia.

You will also help organise their cash flows, mortgages, tax and property management.

Yes, it is commission based, so will not suit everyone.

-we are a highly professional, well regarded group, and it takes full time work, effort and commitment
to succeed in this field. You will need to commit 20 hours a week as a minimum.

You MUST have the following:
Sales/marketing/strong personal communication skills; both verbal AND written
Investment/finance/real estate interest/knowledge
Computer skills: complete proficiency with the internet and Outlook, Word and  Excel
A strong work ethic, be fast on the uptake, keen to learn new skills, and motivated to make some money
A valid residency or work permit in HK required.

You WILL be required to:
Occasionally work weekends and some evenings  meeting clients, or attending our exhibitions and seminars

Make 2-3 piad trips a year to Australia to view our future projects.
